• Perform change and incident management tasks using the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, ensuring seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with representative offices across the Asia Pacific region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and proactively monitor ticket alert systems for timely incident resolution.
• Deliver IT infrastructure projects across the Asia Pacific region, including office expansions and new site setups, coordinating with regional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee vendor activities, including project execution, repair tasks, and routine maintenance, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical support for meetings and departmental events across the region, including on-site support, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting.
• Maintain the Full Fiber Campus infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance across the network.
• Conduct maintenance of data center infrastructure.
